Welding Engineering

 N/A Numerous welding process and inspections are available. Welding processes include SMAW, FCMA, GTAW and GMAW. We have numerous welding qualifications per Section VIII – ASME code. Automatic Orbital Welding technology is used on pipe and tube fabrications. Complete welding documentation and inspection is available.

Conveyor Systems

 N/A We have fabricated a variety of custom conveying systems. These projects range from bulk drum transfer to belt/trough design. We incorporate 3-A sanitary design into food handling conveyors for easy cleaning.

Material Handling

 N/A With the aid of computer tracking systems, we can manage the flow of materials to arrive onsite during the correct stage of a project. Thus preventing the need for a large staging area for materials and equipment.

CIP/COP Solutions

 N/A We will specify design and fabricate CIP/COP systems tailored to your needs. A thorough evaluation of your process system will be conducted prior to the design of your system. We understand the necessity of cleaning individual systems or entire plants in timely manner.

Holding Tubes

 N/A Our engineers will design to hold times and flow rates as specified by the application. Sizing holding tubes by the salt test is satisfactory for milk and chocolate milk; however, to ensure proper holding times for ice cream mix, cream, and condensed skim milk, tubes should be sized by calculating fastest particle velocity of product in laminar flow.
