(480)Sterling's offering of Tube and Pipe Sweep Elbows features many size, material, and finish options to choose from to fit your application. Standard options are given with shorter lead times, but custom sweeps are always available in configurations that are not shown as standard below. Materials generally used are 304SS or 316SS, these can be mill finish or a variety of polish finishes that you may require. Standard options are buttweld ends, but other flanges and ferrules can be included as custom requests. Our stainless steel trench drains are designed for easy clean up in wash-down enviroments. All drains meet ANSI, ASTM, ADA, ASME Standard A112.6.3 and A112.3.1.Standard construction has a load rating of 10,000 lbs (assuming adequate foundation). Used to manually route flow from any number of inputs to outputs, PTS’s provide the necessary physical break required to CIP in parallel with product transfer. Any combination of inputs, outputs, and jumper connections are possible. Options include integrated valve manifolds and jumper position sensing.

(70)Sterling's Tee Strainer line was developed to protect your process systems from foreign material or large particles entering and damaging expensive equipment. Tube sizes range from 1" to 6" with both sanitary Tri-Clamp and butt weld options. Perforation sizes range from 0.125" to 0.5", allowing you to minimize pressure drop and add the necessary protection to your system. Strainers and Tee are both standardized as 316L Stainless Steel, and are both included as a unit. These strainers are easily removed from the process line to be cleaned and serviced when necessary. (104)Tri-Clamp Take Down Spools are available in ten or twenty foot lengths, 304SS or 316SS alloy, and straight or with a 90 degree elbow. These spools are a great option for process aplications where complete visual inspection of lines are required. (10)Sterling's Eductor line was designed to help facilitate the inline introduction of a second material to your process. Utilizing the negative pressure created as the product flows past the open end of the eductor inlet tube, the second material is pulled into the main process line, resulting in a better mix of material as well as lower pump head requirements. (5)Sterling's line of Utility stations provides a single location for all things washdown for a portion of your plant. Options include a simple hose station with hot and cold water supplied to a single hose, as well as the Combo station which features the same hot and cold water supply, and additionally a Foamer unit, foaming hose, and sanitization hose. These stations can be anchored to the floor or wall mounted. Standard material is 304 Stainless Steel with a bead blasted finish. The premium panel mounted option features a retractable water hose, as well as chemical bottle mounts for the foaming unit.
